Sales ASSISTANCE

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the work of global sales and to provide ongoing service offices,
  • Service contracts: including sending samples for proposals, preparation of commercial offers, setting the schedule shipments, issuance of sales documents,
  • International logistics service delivery and implementation of customs clearance
  • Conducting external correspondence in English
  • Reporting and presentation
  • Taking care of a good corporate image and building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Very good knowledge of English (German welcome)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good manners, excellent interpersonal skills
  • High motivation to work, initiative, self-confidence, responsibility, creativity
  • Independence and the ability to organize their working time
  • Welcome experience in foreign trade in the food industry.

Sales MANAGER

Core Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring and maintaining new business contacts with foreign and Polish
  • Implementation of the assumed sales plans
  • Search for new distribution channels to increase sales
  • Continuous exploration of their knowledge of products and their applications

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in foreign trade in food or cosmetics
  • Good knowledge of English (Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish welcome)
  • Ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of the techniques of negotiation and correspondence
  • Ability to take independent commercial decisions
  • Good manners, excellent interpersonal skills
  • High motivation to work, initiative, self-confidence, responsibility, creativity independence and the ability to organize their working time
